3. Are Tom & Tyke products safe for puppies and kittens?

Absolutely. Our formulations are free from harsh chemicals like sulfates and parabens, making them safe for use on pets over 8 weeks of age. For younger pets or pets with special medical conditions, we recommend consulting your vet.

4. How often should I bathe my dog or cat?

We recommend bathing your pet once every 2–3 weeks depending on their breed, activity level, and coat type. For quick clean-ups between washes, you can use our Dry Shampoo or Pet Perfume.

5. Are your products tested on animals?

Never. At Tom & Tyke, we are strictly cruelty-free. We do not test our products on animals.

6. Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across most locations in India. You’ll see the option at checkout if it’s available for your pincode.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
